Why can't I add a new deposit method?
Certain deposit methods such as debit/credit cards and bank
accounts have a maximum number of unique methods that can be used. If you have
already registered this amount, you will need to remove them prior to adding
any additional cards. This can be done through your Deposit Methods page or by
contacting our Customer Support team.
For VIP Preferred: It is possible that the maximum number
of accounts is registered through VIP Preferred’s internal system. This system tracks
all of your registered bank accounts across all casinos through which you have
registered. You may need to speak to VIP Preferred directly to disable bank
accounts prior to being able to add new ones.
