If you have recently changed your phone number, mistyped your number on registration, or no longer have access to your number for any reason, you can request to have your phone number manually updated.
To have your phone number manually updated, please emailed your request to
security@stardustcasino.com , include your new phone number, and answer 2 of the following questions:
1. Wat is your last deposit amount and/or payment method?
2. What is your current account balance?
3. Date of birth
4. The last withdraw amount and/or withdrawal method you made.
Once we have received your request, your phone number will be updated within 24 hours.
If you have already logged in and need to update your phone number from your account, click on your profile picture. Then select the Information & security tab. Finally, select "Manage MFA". Once there, click "Update" next to your phone number:
