Update Address

If you have recently moved or need to update your current address, you can send your request directly to our Security team at Security@stardustcasino.com. In addition, please upload one of the following documents to your account:
  1. Rental Agreement
  2. Address Change Confirmation
  3. Auto Registration
  4. Insurance Bill/Card
  5. Recent Bank Statement
  6. Recent Utility Bill
Any document provided for address verification must be dated within the past three months (if a bill or statement) or not have expired (if rental agreement or insurance card).

Once we have received your request and documentation, your address will be updated within 48 hours.

Please do not send any documents to the Customer Support team or submit them through live chat.
