Cool Off & Self Exclusion

Cool Off & Self Exclusion

In order to promote responsible gaming we offer our players the ability to restrict their game play on our site. We have different limits (time, game session, wager, deposit etc) that can be set by the customer in their account profile to suite their requirements.

You can restrict complete access to your account either temporarily or permanently by using the Self-Exclusion settings in your account. To do so, follow the instructions below:
  1. Login to your account
  2. On the top menu bar click "Account"
  3. Click on the 'Responsible Gaming' tab
    1. Select 'Cool Off (in days)' if you want a temporary restriction to be placed. Once you set the appropriate number of days (minimum of 3) and confirm by clicking 'Suspend Me', you will be logged off automatically.
    2. Select 'Self Exclude (in years)' in sidebar if you want to restrict your access to your account more permanently. Be sure to browse through the disclaimer and agree to the terms prior to confirming by clicking 'Exclude Me'.
If you or someone you know has a gambling problem and need help, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

Once a Cool Off or Self Exclusion has been set, it cannot be cancelled early, and you must wait the period.
