My deposit was deducted from my financial account but not credited to my gaming account!

Not being able to track down your money can be an incredibly frustrating experience, and here at Stardust Casino we aim to keep your experience as frustration-free as possible! The first thing to do when you suspect a deposit may not have been credited appropriately is double-check the account activity page for your financial instrument. If the deposit is still listed as “pending” or isn’t visible, the money may not have left your account after all. We suggest waiting until the deposit is confirmed as having gone through prior to additional troubleshooting steps.
