Manual Verification: Next Steps to Confirm Your Account

Sometimes our automated identity check can’t capture all the information we need to meet gaming regulations. If your first verification attempt didn’t go through, don’t worry—manual review is a common and straightforward process.

Documents to Provide

Please upload all three of the following items:

  1. Government-issued Photo ID
    • Valid driver’s license, state ID, or passport
    • Must be unexpired and show your full name and date of birth
  2. Social Security Card
    • A clear photo or scan of the front of your card
    • Numbers must be fully visible
  3. Recent Utility Bill
    • Dated within the last 60 days
    • Shows your name and current residential address
    • Acceptable bills include electricity, gas, water, internet, or cable

The documents can be uploaded securely on the site.
