Must
be unexpired and show your full name and date of birth
Social
Security Card
Recent
Utility Bill
Dated
within the last 60 days
Shows
your name and current residential address
Acceptable
bills include electricity, gas, water, internet, or cable
The documents can be uploaded securely on the site.
