We are required by regulations to determine a player's location in order to allow real money gaming. We use a software plugin to determine the location based on your IP address and local Wi-Fi details. For PC and mobile web, you will be required to download the plugin (PC) or the Geoguard app (Mobile Web). On the Android or IOS app, the plugin is already built and you would just need to ensure your locations services are turned on.
The plugin launches each time you login and shows you if all requirements are met. If not, you can see exactly what is causing the restriction from the geo-location dashboard. You need to be physically present within the state of New Jersey or Pennsylvania in order to play for real money. If you are within the NJ or PA state borders and you are being restricted from playing for real money on a desktop or laptop computer, there may be an issue with locating you via WiFi. Check to make sure that you have your computer’s WiFi signal/capability turned on. If your computer is not equipped with WiFi, it is likely you will not be able to access real money games. On mobile phones, please allow location access to our app.
