You can request to withdraw your money to the cage and pick it up at the Borgata Casino or Valley Forge. The process is simple:

If you like to pick up the funds at Borgata Casino:
  1. Login to Stardust NJ
  2. Click Account
  3. Withdraw Options
  4. Casino Cage
  5. Enter the Amount you would like to withdraw

If you like to pick up the funds at Valley Forge:
  1. Login to Stardust PA
  2. Click Account
  3. Withdraw Options
  4. Casino Cage
  5. Enter the Amount you would like to withdraw
If requesting a cage payout in the NJ environment, the funds will be available for pick up at Borgata Casino. If the cage withdraw is requested in the PA environment, the funds will be available for pick up at Valley Forge.

The withdrawal request may take up to 48 hours to be approved. Once approved, you will receive a voucher code in your registered email. Present voucher code at the Borgata Cashier or Valley Forge along with your Driver's License and the amount will be paid out.

If you do not cash your voucher within 7 days, it will become invalid and the amount will be sent back to your gaming account.
